Yoram Kraus - Founder and CEO

Among the leading professionals in the project management and engineering
 design industry in Israel. Kraus brings with him extensive professional
experience of over two decades, managing complex and multidisciplinary
 projects in Israel and around the world. Over the years, he successfully
 managed hundreds of projects for leading global companies - demonstrating
 a comprehensive perspective of all aspects - engineering, financial and executive.

Yoram Kraus is among the prominent members of the Israel mountain
climbing community. When establishing SMS, he integrated the principles
and spirit underlying the sport of mountain climbing - teamwork, excellence
and striving for victory.

Motti Keren - Executive VP

Among the leading and most experienced project managers in Israel.
He has over a decade of unique experience in managing large and
complex projects for large companies around the world. Discharged from
the IDF as a lieutenant colonel, his last military position was commander
of the underwater task force. Holds an MBA in marine and shore studies from
Haifa University.

Naama Reshef - VP Human Resources and Logistics

Worked at the Ministry of Defense for many years, holding an MBA
in business administration. Highly experienced in the coordination,
production and organization of large and complex projects, including
all stages and aspects. Responsible for the service provided to the
customers and for handling all supplier issues. Manages all employee
training programs.

Yoav Nussbaum

A member of the Company's management team. Graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Technion and has many years of practical experience as a planning and supervising engineer for projects relating to the establishment of communications and cellular infrastructures in Israel and around the world.
Highly experienced with handling complex projects that require outstanding engineering and managerial skills, including the planning and supervision for:
Establishing security infrastructures for the Ministry of Defense, security for Israel Railways, a data center, international offices, accompanying extensive private construction projects with hundreds of residential units, and more.
Yoav served as a combat soldier, commander and instructor in an elite IDF unit and he is filled with the spirit, professionalism and dedication that characterize the Company's managerial approach.
